Should you find yourself unable to provide the forever home you envisioned, we’re here to help—with compassion, clarity, and the puppy’s well-being as our top priority.

Compassionate Return Policy
While we deeply hope your Papillon becomes an irreplaceable part of your family, we recognize that rare situations may arise where continuing care isn’t possible.
If within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home, you determine you’re unable to fulfill the lifelong commitment, we offer the following options:
1. Papillon Exchange
You may exchange your puppy for another available Papillon better suited to your home, lifestyle, or expectations. This one-time exchange applies to puppies of equal or lesser value. Our team will work closely with you to find your ideal match—because the right fit matters.
2. Partial Refund Consideration
If an exchange isn’t feasible, we may offer a partial refund of the purchase price, based on individual circumstances, veterinary documentation (if applicable), and the puppy’s condition upon return. All decisions are made fairly, respectfully, and with full transparency.
Note: Full refunds are not offered, as significant investment goes into each puppy’s health, care, and preparation for placement. Our policy reflects both practical responsibility and our dedication to sustainable, ethical breeding.
Our Non-Negotiable: Puppy Welfare
Your Papillon’s safety and emotional well-being come first—always.
We do not permit rehoming, resale, or surrender to shelters. If at any point in your puppy’s life—weeks, months, or years—you can no longer care for them, you agree to return them to us. We will always welcome them back, no questions asked, and find them a loving new home.

Notify our team within 72 hours of your puppy’s arrival at your home. - Share Your Situation
Let us know your reason for return and whether you prefer an exchange or would like to discuss a partial refund. - Arrange Safe Return
We’ll coordinate a stress-free, responsible return—whether via personal drop-off, trusted courier, or airport handoff (at adopter’s expense).
All returned puppies must be in the same health condition as when placed, with no signs of neglect or improper care.
